just in case you get inspired to send godiva chocolate, escape novels, or words of wisdom

Hey Y'all,
Mail is surprisingly fast and reliable in Malaysia- I had a little adventure in the warehouse on the second floor of the post office, but actually emerged with a small intact package that had been sent only five days earlier from theUS... not quite like India, where Hersheys bars arrived with bites taken outof them.
I'm told that in case of an emergency I will get some translation of the message within a day if you call Win and for any of you vagabonds who think you may just drop in for a surprise visit, I can be found in the hamlet of Guomen (pronounced Go-men) near the town of Mutongong (spelled something like that) which is on most maps, in the middle of the Kudat peninsula. Yikes.
